How to use the webshop
Finding items
There are several ways to find an item:
- You can use the navigation tree to browse through items.
- If you already know all the item numbers you can use "easy order" to speed up your ordering process.
- Use the search field. You'll find more information on how to search in the help section under "searchtips".
When you found an item that you want, press "buy" or "choose". The choose alternative will be shown when there are additional choices to make for example color or size.
Shopping cart
When you click "buy", the item will be placed in your shopping cart. Here we show your items and the total order sum.
By clicking "to cart" you can change the content of your cart, finish and send your order.
With "save cart to favorite list" you can save all the items in your cart and continue shopping later on. The next time you visit the web shop you just go to My account and place your saved favorite list in the cart.
Checkout
When you have added your items press the "checkout"-button. At checkout you can either register or sign in if you haven't already done that.
You can easily change the number of an item by changing the number and press "change". A click on the wastebasket will erase all items on a particular row.
Be sure to check your address and the contents of your cart before you send your order.
Signing in
If you already have registered, sign in by using your username and password.
Registration
Create an Account
To access ordering and specific functionalities, registration is required. Eligibility is limited to businesses within the diving industry holding a valid VAT number.
We operate exclusively on a B2B basis. Individual customers should contact our authorized dealers.

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of your information, sharing it only with our internal associates or as required by law.
- Your password is case sensitive - "PETER" and "peter" are two different passwords.
You can change your information under "My account" after you signed in.
Confirm order
When you checked the content of your order choose delivery- and payment method. You are now also possible to give us additional information about your purchase if needed. Then press "Send order".
Payment method
Available methods of payment are shown in the checkout. If you choose credit card you will be taken to a secure server to complete your payment. When your credit card payment is complete you will be directed to your receipt page.
Receipt page
When you see the receipt page you know that we hade received your order. You can here see your order number. We usually send you an order confirmation by mail.
We recommend you to print out this page for further reference.
Delivery
Delivery will (if nothing else is specified) take place as soon as possible.
Order overview
You can see your previous orders in the section "My account". When clicking on an order you will get more information on the specific order. You can copy an order and directly place it in the checkout.
If you click on the image of a truck in the order overview you will be able to track your order online.
